The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything - restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, beach, etc. - was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were great and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. Had a great time in the hotel bar on the Saturday evening. It turned in to a nightclub with a brilliant DJ. Tip - if you don't want to be disturbed by this, ask for a room on the upper floors when booking.

The location was superb, the hotel was like an oasis, tucked away in the old town right in the centre of Palma close to the cathedral, bars, restaurants and shopping., and yet it was a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Very restful and also right in the middle of everything you might want from Palma. The staff were amazing, accommodating and helpful, particularly Joan and Anna whose advice was really useful.

We got a free upgrade to the Puro Grand Hotel just around the corner, and after an issue with some noise outside the room, we even got a second upgrade to a very spacious room. The rooms are very stylish and the roof top terrace yet has to be topped by any other place. Also, the service from reception - especially from of Anna - was super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making this stay so special!

Great location, accommodating staff who were very welcoming and helpful, making sure the bathroom in the room for our 86year old mum was accessible . The is a breakfast was delicious , the new restaurant was also wonderful, as were the cocktails. The rooms were spacious and very clean with the welcome addition of plenty of clothes hangers! We had a wonderfully memorable stay.

A problem with our room was sorted out promptly, with kindness and professionalism, particularly by Anna , making us feel both valued and respected.
